Waking up the connective tissue in the body it is the perfect antidote for stress, as you invite your body into a state of spacious peace.
Hot Yoga is practiced in a room heated to 39°. The heat hones your focus as you move through a sequence of asanas, deepening your practice, your strength and your flexibility. I am a certified Y-Yoga, Hot Yoga teacher, I have an understanding of the finer points for practicing yoga in the heat. Please come to the class pre-hydrated, bring some water, and you may want to bring a towel.
Deeply relax and rejuvenate yourself in a Restorative yoga class. Fully surrender yourself into the sumptuousness of postures supported by props, bolsters and blankets. The passive stretch promotes body awareness and mental stillness, and allows you to let go of your week.
